I bet your Mrs. Dash would sub in fairly well for the salt.
Mrs. Dash and I are at odds on that. Their table salt replacement blend is just, meh. I did get a Spicy Table Blend that is delicious on a lot of stuff.

It seems that their seasoning blends are good. I really love their Tomato, Basil, and Garlic. But at that price it is worth the hassle of saving tomato skins to dry and make tomato powder to make my own blend. But their plain old salt replacement blends are not much different from their garlic & herbs or onion & herbs. I've learned a lot of tricks along the way, and Mrs. Dash is the easy way to go, but the result is far better and cheaper if you are willing to put time into it.

Besides, I bought dash, pinch, and smidge (1/8, 1/16, 1/32 tsps) measuring spoons so that I can measure out some salt and easily keep track of sodium in amounts less than a 1/4tsp serving. Toss in a pinch of sea salt and only add 120mg of sodium to the whole recipe, then add in a bit of potassium chloride or other substitutes.

I'm to the point now where my daughter asks for specific meals or even seconds. She had my homemade, low sodium chicken noodle soup last week, got seconds, and more for lunch the next day, but then didn't want to finish Campbell's canned soup earlier this week.

And I just added a new ingredient to my repertoire.
