IMO, people are free to play the game however they choose.

It's hard to know what to say, I guess I should say thanks, but I'd rather work my way through the game and have the satisfaction of earning my ranking and the cars in my garage.
I'm sure it'll come in useful for many people, it seems everyone wants it all now and for free, without having to expend any actual effort - an observation I fear extends further than the realms of a GT5 car collection.

For me? None. I just race, try out some cars and so on, which for me is fun. I don't look at the payouts of each race to determine the most useful on, just to turn a fun gaming experience into boring Indy grinding. This way it will take me some time to get the real expensive cars, but it will happen sooner or later, while I'm having lots of fun with the game for a very long time. It has been this way with all GT's so far and it will also be with this one.
Besides the fact that I wouldn't want to use this exploit it would also be too much effort for me TBH, as compared to just playing and having fun. I don't want to flame anyone. If people think they should ruin their own game by just achieving everything as quickly as possible without real effort then they are free to go. I don't really see, where it affects my game, even when playing online. As I have read in another thread: When everyone is driving around with ther duped X2010's, let them do it. Most of them will probably lack the experience of driving it, as they did not spend the same amount of time with the game and with learning to drive really well.
P.S.: Don't come to me with "Meh, but I have real life" argumentations, because so do I. I have friends that I meet up with on a regular basis, I have a job and studies to do. So what?! Why do people always have to rush in our modern society.

Wow two stereotypes in one post, suggesting that not only all Americans, but all xbox owners are cheaters and trolls. If you don't like the exploit then don't participate in the threads relating to it and don't dupe cars. Before you get on your high horse just realize that any car can be birthday glitched and duped, so chances are if you have made a trade you may have come in contact with a exploited vehicle.

I guess it all depends on what you are proud of in life. I like racing and I am proud of the cars I have collected. If you like circumventing rules and cheating you can be proud of the cars you collected that way. No right and wrong here. Just different people playing a game the way they like to.

Whoa, thats some twisted logic. Dude, most people enjoy playing for the experience, not because there are ways to win and backdoors to open without a challenge. That can be done anywhere in life, it's annoying to people who want to work for it.

There's only ONE place in the entire game where someone else using this exploit MIGHT impact you even in the slightest, and that is online, where, with this exploit, you can now carry a Garage with multiple tunes of the same car, to give someone an opportunity to enter more Lobbies with varying hp requirements without actually grinding for them.
That's pretty slim, IMO. Why should YOU care? Bragging rights? Simply add 'no exploits' to your sig, and that's it. As if bragging isn't more of the same puerile behavior, anyway!
Rather than get incoherent about the exploit, why not reserve your indignation to the CAUSE of the exploit? Unending, boring grinding, simply to overcome asinine game features like NOT being able to downtune a car you have upgraded (dropped since GT5p) to allow you to prepare a car for an online race easily and quickly. Or an XP system that has NO path to leveling up, and the cars that doing so provides, without grinding. And by grinding, I mean any repetition AT ALL - there's simply no excuse for it in a game with so many tracks and cars.
LET the 'cheaters' sell their souls... it doesn't affect you. Unless you are one of the 'snitches' that likes to report his neighbor cheating on his taxes because you don't have the balls to do it yourself..! If they want to shortchange themselves of the game, why do YOU care? It's not like you were stupid enough to PAY for a car trade, were you?

trust me, you dont want me to explain it. lets just say its the same as in MW2 using Noob tube in S&D at the beginning of a round, sure you can use it, its a weapon, but how anoying is it when you get hit by it! Dont like any of it, i just dont like "the easy way" when we have to work HARD, while others can drink beer and cruise between profiles pressing buttons.. then when they play online they didnt even learn something and smash you so you spin out, with a car he didn't deserve.

Why people are getting bent out of shape over a game is beyond me.
But anyway, I don't use the exploit to dash through the game and be done with it in no time and never touch it again. I bought this game to drive, and these exploits will ensure I get some of the very expensive cars I would enjoy doing time trials in and whatnot. It's bad enough you have to wait for the standard car you want to show up in the used lot. Don't have the money at the time? Too bad, have fun waiting for it to show up again. I'm not putting up with that.
And don't people realize you need to HAVE the car first if you want to dupe it for yourself? So I'm still playing the game and saving up credits. And even if you want to do the free car trick you STILL need to have a lot of credits.

First, IMO I want to clarify that I have grind gt5 alot which is A-spec: lv 26, B-spec: lv 15
And this thread is only for those who are having troubles grinding money or getting bored of playing the same race (especially the endurance).
For others who are furious about this, you can only hope that PD release a new patch which is 1.06 to fix this up asap
