i think the supra is racing a 81 corolla. it looks like the 10 sec. 81 corolla that was in SCC (aug. 02)

I've seen this before, and don't find it impressive at all. Oooh! A full drag car beat a daily driven street car. So?

And I seriously doubt that Supra has anywhere near 700hp. Supra's with 450hp can run faster than a 12.14 in the 1/4 mile.

er... he absolutely realizes that, dude. in fact you are making his point absolutely valid. the K-car is a full-on drag car. the supra is a daily driver, and still it is damned fast. the k-car HAS to be a complete drag car, not even street legal I think, and the supra owner will fly past the dude of the k-car trailering his thing on the road. aah, practicality. nothing like a beast that can do it all. run 10s, drive like mad all day without hitches, and deliver 20+ mpg.
