Thinking about it, it was the only right choice to make. If it wasn't gonna be red, they needed the full wets. If it was red, precedent is that the order goes back one lap, so it wouldn't matter.RedBull ****ing over Sergio again this race..
Sargeant still sitting on the other side of the track 🤣
It's not necessarily the lap before, so there's a bit more risk as they could go by sector. But it's not the worst call we've seen today.Thinking about it, it was the only right choice to make. Worst case would be 1 more hour, as the time runs out thenI hope we get a word very soon.
Its 1am and I need to get to bed.
Waiting one more hour only to see a message "Race will not be resumed"Worst case would be 1 more hour, as the time runs out then
To get a bit more water off the track, and get the drivers familiar with the conditions.Safety car for 2 laps, why?
Restart on inters, not on full wets for once
Rolling start
I mean, Japan 2014 is one time they screwed up with this so they seem gun-shy to try again. What is the point of full wet tires when they just stop the race everytime they have an occasion to use them? They might as well not have them.
Crofty was just talking how in one second, the full wet tires remove a bath tub-ful of water...let's defnitely not use them in wet conditions then!Good addition to the race notes. No point making them start on a tyre they can never actually race on.
That is what all of us have been wondering since years ago. What is the point of full wet tires when they just stop the race everytime they have an occasion to use them? They might as well not have them.
I can see how dominant he is.1. Verstappan
