Welp, aside from the usual title domination, incredible season overall.

7 different winners, and also 7 different multiple winners, along with each of the top 4 teams scoring at least one double win.

Enjoy this statistic anomaly guys.

To those interested, today’s race brought Haas back ahead of Alpine by a single point; RB trails the Enstone outfit by a further 4 points.

That was an entertaining race. The Mercs came out of nowhere. I'd written them off completely for this race and really thought this was going to be a Ferrari domination but nope, Lewis showing tremendous pace. Had he qualified higher, I'm positive he could have won this. Russell drove exceptionally well too.

Well done to Max with a 4th Consecutive championship. He really won this in the first half of the season and just kept scoring when it mattered. I'm not a fan but credit where credit is due. He's been really strong throughout the whole season.

WCC is still on the table, let's see if McLaren can fend off Ferrari to win that. They've done an awesome job to put themselves in this position considering where they were last year. I just wished they were more on the offensive and not always on the defensive cause I think that has hurt them throughout the season.

Just watched the highlights. Completely forgot about Carlos' pit fiasco. McLaren should probably challenge that.

Yeh, quite incredible and unexpected season.

The oddness of the close performance of 7 cars overshadowed by the dominant lead one was able to gain in the first 10 races - what happened did that car slow down or did all the other get fast or both?

The other overshadowing thing for me was the overbearing commentary obsession with championship battle - incessant silly questions and hypotheticals over and over. Easy to then feel apathetic about the whole show.

With the conclusion of the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix today, all world champions who have clinched the title in Vegas finished fifth (Piquet 1981, Keke Rosberg 1982 and Verstappen 2024 ).
So there have been 4 F1 races in Las Vegas, and 3 of them decided the title?
