According to the site, this is a PC version of a European board game. I haven't fooled with it much but it look pretty interesting, and it's certainly an interesting concept for a board game...

As a bit of a boardgamer, I've played Formula De, the boardgame on which this is based, a few times. Sadly a large part of the game revolves around luck of the dice. You have to evaluate risks, then hope you stay lucky.

IMO a better motor racing boardgame was the (now ancient) Speed Circuit which involved much more skill and strategy, though less overtaking.
