Just wanted to mention to everyone quick that I have started a new youtube channel. I know that there are quite a few that already exist but most that i have found you have to be in the owners "click" to be featured in the vids. So this new channel is for every forza fanatic that wants to have their rides featured out on the youtube world. We do drag racing, roll racing, cruise/car show type vids and are open to suggestions. I try to get about two vids a week up or so and the channel has been up for several weeks now. Here is a link to the channel.

I don't think you are allowed to self-advertise here, especially in the Forza 4 board.

Possibly should be in "The Lounge"? Even though it's Forza related I think it's more fitting in that section or in the very least the video thread that has already been started in this section.

My mistake I was not trying to "self advertise" as there is no profit to be made. If it gets moved that is fine and i appologize. Just trying to make a place available for people to get involved in the forza videos that may otherwise not be able to.

What recording device do you use? I used to make YouTube videos and stopped a year ago, so my HD PVR is sitting around with nothing to do.

I have used dazzle dvd recorder in the past but not for any of these vids. I was unhappy with the ouput quality. For these forza vids i just used the movie maker built in to the game (in replay mode). Although it is time consuming It does have the best playback quality.

Me too. Would be nice to have a high quality recorder though so I wouldn't have to contend with the "FM" logo on the screen.

I subscribed to you a while ago, great effort put in the videos.

Of course the lap can always be smoother (need a wheel for that), quicker and if you use a 6 speed shifter the annoying gear change sound bug will be gone.

I don't usually record replays other than from the top gear stuff. Usually I just record it while I'm actually driving.
