There's a Glitch in Forzavista that allows you to change the front and rear bumpers of the widebody kits.
Here's a video tutorial with the instructions on how you can do it:

Be prepared, they always remove the fun glitches, the ones that bother absolutely nothing, but leave in the one's that actually mess things up, most of the time They'll probably release a stand alone patch and fix this immediately.

Kidding. I hope they leave this in, along with the "Adjust stock rim size" glitch. Heck, I miss the glitch to convert a turbo/supercharged car to N/A from the XB360 era.
