Not that there's anything wrong with your photo, but if you press "A" to snap the shot it'll process the photo and smooth out the blurryness caused by the aperture. You can then just press B after it's all done and it'll save that look, and then you can use the Xbox to snap a screenshot, since I see you do that on your Xbox Feed. However, if you move anything after you pressed B, it'll remove the processing done to the photo.

The waviness to the blur always threw me off.

Funnily enough, I thought that was the smoothest bokeh rendering I'd seen in FH4. I've got it set to hexagonal, I really should change it to circular.
