OK, why do the ad with a car not in the game?

Yes but it should be attached to the car which clearly isn't in the Bimmer.

He's sitting in the middle of the back seat. The middle seatbelt is attached to the car through the parcel shelf, not the door posts. You can see other people using the middle seatbelt in the same way in the early part of the video.

Also, am I the only one who feels bad the driver never got to eat his hamburger? That looked like a really good hamburger.

Also, that semi-enclosed tunnel that opens to a danger sign? I really wish that was in the game. It looks amazing.
