Tbf FM2023 would be starting at 0 players on the PS5. They literally cannot go any lower.FM23 would prolly be devastated by GT7 if it were to be released on the PS5.

In Crew Motorfest I got tired of looking/grinding for gold parts and those make the difference. It's also riddled with microtransactions, that's their business model. My question is: If I already have GT7 and The Crew Motorfest to cover all my "racing" needs (something a bit more serious and something to play with the brain turned off, respectively) would there be a place for FH5 in my already scarce play time?
I think it fits too much in the Crew category and I don't see many positives or benefits directly comparing both of them.
Before The Crew Motorfest I used to dream about having an Xbox as well to play FH games, but the general idea is well covered by the fun handling and similar concept in The Crew Motorfest.
Thank you in advance for your insights!![]()
It would do well enough. There's clearly an audience for a console circuit racer and FM has some cars/tracks that don't appear in either GT7 or ACC. There's room for all of them.FM23 would prolly be devastated by GT7 if it were to be released on the PS5.
Also, while there are "lootboxes", so to speak, in the form of Wheelspins, those are awarded on every level-up so if you want cars or emotes or cosmetics quickly you can go around smashing the XP bonus boards around the map. Plus, the only way you can get duplicate items from those things is if you're awarded a car you already have, and you can convert those dupes into credits, so if you hang around long enough to get all the Wheelspin-exclusive emotes and cosmetics (which took about 300 hours for me) you'll be left with credit awards and cars.My question is: If I already have GT7 and The Crew Motorfest to cover all my "racing" needs (something a bit more serious and something to play with the brain turned off, respectively) would there be a place for FH5 in my already scarce play time?

I would compare it to food; sometimes you want a steak, sometimes just a burger and sometimes something with "weird" vegetables like broccoliMy question is: If I already have GT7 and The Crew Motorfest to cover all my "racing" needs (something a bit more serious and something to play with the brain turned off, respectively) would there be a place for FH5 in my already scarce play time?
There are a trillion more cars to pick from in FH5, none of those helicopter nonsense and car handling model is light years ahead of Motorfest since it is somewhat based on the Motorsports line.My question is: If I already have GT7 and The Crew Motorfest to cover all my "racing" needs (something a bit more serious and something to play with the brain turned off, respectively) would there be a place for FH5 in my already scarce play time?

Funny that one mentioned one of the most annoying things for me in The Crew Motorfest, the stupid and childish Parts update system. In Crew Motorfest I got tired of looking/grinding for gold parts and those make the difference. It's also riddled with microtransactions, that's their business model.
Other than the paid car packs (and the map and you don't need it) there are no microtransactions in FH, and you upgrade your cars with parts purchased with in-game currency.
Bro, you went to the Crew section and started lamenting daily how Forza is boring and how the Crew is a perfect game. Now you need to express your frustration over the Crew here. I frankly don't care... It's your opinion and I respect that. It's also riddled with microtransactions, that's their business model.

Par exemple...
Well, my posts on The Crew Motorfest are easily verifiable by using the Search box. Nowhere there I disparage Forza Horizon (on a daily basis!) or praise TC in absolute terms, as you state.Bro, you went to the Crew section and started lamenting daily how Forza is boring and how the Crew is a perfect game. But this is just straight laying. To say that Forza has just 2 expansions and what 40 car packs, car vouchers, ecc but nothing else is just hilarious.
Just a recycled one, either Horizon Wilds Takeover or Creatives. So, will there be a new playlist next month, or is there nothing else beyond the Realms update and the new cars?
I missed the 2022 Challenger, but I do have all the other FOMO cars.
Okay, so I can skip it, keep working on my car collection in Forza 2023, and just wait for the car I missed to become available elsewhere, got it.Just a recycled one, either Horizon Wilds Takeover or Creatives.
