It will probably be monza
i dont think is monza beacuse they would had put already if they thought in put that first turn messy S into the game, also fujimi reboot is assumed to be done by a few months, just not publically yet due lack in desire to put into the game yet

Another somewhat "meh" update.
as i just mentioned, dont expect something HUGE beyond cars and bug fixes until FH5 PS5 port be launched in late april

Servers being kinda questionable tonight
it seems that a lot of DDOS attacks are happening across the web on last 48 hours, lot of messy stuff everywhere, not that FM servers are the best run things on the worlld, but i assume that most of server issues that lot of games (not just FM) are suffering right now, are beacuse of it

When you look at the polls in the official forums, Monza is the third. The track is already scanned and they cleary said "one of the most favorite track" not the most favorite. Just two months to wait

With everyone speculating on the next track (I hope it's Interlagos Monza as it fits with my Free Play Endurance races) I am actually rather interested in what's coming up next month with the 'Porsche Motorsport Icons' (which to me sounds like race cars)

If we get a similar number of cars as for the past 2 updates (roughly 10 of which 3-4 new to Forza) I hope it will be something like this:

  • 1951 #46 356 SL Gmünd Coupe (has only been in Horizon)
  • 1998 #26 Porsche AG 911 GT1-98 (Le Mans winer 1998)
  • 2008 #7 RS Spyder Evo (2008 overall winner Sebring + many other (class) wins in IMSA, ELMS, Le Mans)
  • 2015 #19 Porsche Team 919 Hybrid (Le Mans winner 2015 and I believe it was in initial promo pictures)
  • 2019 #4 Porsche Motorsport 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport (desperately needed for the GT4 field)
  • 2023 992 GT3 (this should be a shoe-in)

And then in terms of new-to-Forza cars I'd love to see these:
  • 1970 #23 Porsche KG Salzburg 917K (first Porsche Le Mans winner overall)
  • 1981 #11 Porsche System 936/81 (we've never had a 936 in Forza)
  • 2019-2022 911 RSR-19 (the last 911 RSR and one of the few GTE race cars we don't have)
  • 2023 992 GT3 Cup (good for a new one marque racing series)

May update’s gonna look very exciting, given Forza’s 20th anniversary and this line in the January 2025 Message to the Motorsport Community:

“This includes a content update in May that will include a fan favorite track.”

This “fan-favorite track” for sure will be Fujimi Kaido, based on the forum’s track votes (1,802). The only track above that is Interlagos (1,900 votes), which is NTF.

Cars-wise, if Fujimi Kaido is the added track on May, we’ll prolly get a lot of JDMs, both “good Recycled” (Introduced in FH5 or 360 era cars) and “bad recycled” (Should have been in FM23 on day one) as well as some NTF cars, including a few fan favorites over the past 20 years via a special pack.

Here’s my speculation:

Forza Fan Favorites Pack:
  • 2008 Mazda Furai
  • 1970 De Tomaso Pantera
  • 2003 Nissan Skyline GT500
  • 2003 Toyota Supra GT500

The rest:
  • 1992 Autozam AZ-1
  • 1991 Toyota Sera
  • 1991 Toyota Chaser GT Twin Turbo
  • 1997 Toyota Soarer 2.5 GT-T
  • 2012 Nissan GT-R Black Edition
  • 2015 Nissan #1 Autech Motul GT-R GT500
  • Nissan Figaro
  • Nissan Be-1
  • 1999 Honda Civic Si
  • 1984 Honda Civic CR-X Mugen
With Nissan’s blooming collaboration with T10, as shown with more Heritage Collection racing cars appearing in FM23 and the Pike Nissan Pack on FH5, more NTF Nissans may be possible.

Just a thought, If it’s Fujimi I would think we get more of the Formula Drifts like the Corolla, one of the new FD GR86s, etc as well as more the Forsberg stuff (Altamaniac, 2JZ Camry stock car, etc)

On the PC graphics side, I've been running DLAA with the "transformer" (preset K) model @ 1440p and is noticeably sharper than TAA which can look blurry in comparison, but it's also important to switch motion blur completely as it can produce visual artifacts that are more noticeable in DLAA/DLSS.

I'm using only full reflections + RTAO because with RTGI there is a performance hit and not many noticeable visual gains, I also locked the framerate to automatic and get stable 82.5 fps (half of my monitor's maximum of 165 Hz).

HDR works fine at 600-nits brightness which is my monitor's rating.

For those that are finding it hard to find populated lobbies, @ManteoMax has posted an update in the official forums to indicate that they are looking into the matchmaking issues

I mean, if FH6 does turn out to be set in Japan and they announce that in May for the 20th anniversary, then Fujimi Kaido coming back to Motorsport would make sense, no? Cross-promo is the sort of thing you don't turn down for your own franchise, ever.
