Hmm, if they don't have point-to-point tracks yet, maybe they could make them now in a future update, using this track as well as the Nordschleife, which also had sprint versions on Forza Motorsport 3. Maybe later bring back the Amalfi track too, or have a new long circuit to also use for point-to-point

I would have liked to see the return of Monza and Long Beach, but I’ll take this.
Many of us think Monza is still coming at some point. I think there's potential Long Beach returns as the game is leaning quite a lot into IMSA content; only Long Beach, Detroit & Canadian Tire Motorsport Park are missing, but Long Beach is the one with previous history in the franchise.

I may have a laundry list of issues and can't stand the game itself, but this is legitimately awesome. Everyone has been clamoring for the return of this since FM5 — fast-forward 12 years and here we are. 👍

I'll most likely reinstall and go for several dozen laps. I just have to remember to stay away from cars like the 919 or I'll be in a funk all over again.

I'm not happy about it returning. I didn't use it first time around and outside of career requirements I won't be using it this time either. Point to point just isn't my thing. As much as I don't like fictional tracks I would much rather have Sedona or even Bernese Alps over Fujimi.

Stoked about this, will be fantastic to drive cars with the current games engine, on what is as close to an open road that you'll get in FM. Personally there's quite a few cars that I don't really touch, because I don't have the interesting in driving them on a circuit, so this will be great.

Its good news. But its not enough for me to warrent a buy not yet.

2 other major things needs to be resolved before i think its worth give it a go.

1 promised permanent tours is still not active despite being promised before end of last year.

I just cant get behind this fomo aspects for single player. I despice fomo. Specially when it comes to a career mode.

2 is drag racing always a thing that appealed a lot in forza for me. All the way back since fm3 had so fun with it. And they did expand on it a bit on fm7. And now its gone despite the game has drag tyres. Dosent make much sense.

But we see if they can deliver on those 2 things. There is other issues but those i can look past.

Another great update and happy to dust Forza Motorsport 4 off on my X360 and get some practice in. Would be nice if polyphony took note and upped there update game. GT7 needs this kinda love too not just 3 average cars

I am pretty sure all the good stuff Will be saved for gt8. A reveal should not be long now. Maybe not the next few months. But towards end of 2025 we proably have some kind of reveal for the next gt title.
Releasing gt7 on ps4 was a mistake.
A ps5 only gt would be more ideal.

maybe horizon 5 Hitting ps5 Will make pd and Sony push out a couble of better updates. Its not like they have had any pressure from other titles.
All we know is that competetion is what makes games as good as they can be.

I don't know about you, but I don't wait till Valentine's Day/relationship anniversary to love a partner fully and I don't wait till one's birthday or Christmas Day to give someone a great gift/great gifts, so I'm not fully buying that they're saving all the good stuff for GT8.

Its very clear at this point that the good stuff will be hold back to gt8. Its a smart business move. Gt7 is 3 years old. Offen after that time we have had a new game revealed by then.
And they are not bringing many cars people wants. Barely any new tracks. Most requested cars and tracks will not see the light of day until next title arrive.

Fujimi Kaido was the first track I drove in Forza Motorsport 1 in Early Summer 2005. I think I started with the Eagle Talon in the US region. When I found this game, my boredom-induced depression ended. I was badly looking for a game like GT that wasn't GT due to some severe boredom.

Now I play both series and I have a really nice time!

Edit: I remember clearly that time when I thought tuning all the way with all parts possible would be the quote-unquote, "Best way to win".

Boy was I wrong when I saw the performance limited events!

That was back then when I couldn't stand finishing anywhere but 1st. Now I know it's just a game and I do my best.
