Hi. I noticed the forums were down so I wanted to confirm my Xbox Live account and I keep clicking "Ok, I have my Gamertag!" and it seems to keep refreshing the page. Is anyone else having problems ?

Yes, the same thing is happening to me. Very frustrating....hopefully they will sort it out soon.

I haven't been able to log into Forza.net for well over a year +.
I can only ever access the MyForza page, but that's it.
Just keeps asking me to sign up! used to work fine before they updated the site, so now I just don't bother with it.

Maybe use the official site url in the title, not something that takes you to a gray page with some blue writing.

As long as you're not signed in to FM.net you should be able to view the forums.
If you are logged in and get the Confirm Your Participation page, click the Nevermind yada yada yada link at the bottom.
That'll log you out so you can view the forums.
Best I can tell though Leaderboards and My Forza still work fine.

I don't know what it takes, but it seems the one thing T10 can't seem to get right is their online experience (experience, not online features which are awesome). Their site is usually a mess, and its slow. Performance on the Xbox isn't much better. And its been like that at least since Forza 3 (I can't say for Forza 2 because I procured my Xbox for Forza 3 )

I highly agree. Since every release there has been some kind of major flaw in the websites. I won't lie this has been better than the previous sites.

It's broken alright. 
I was just re-checking a thread, and all the posts seem to have been re-assigned to different people, i.e. it now says that one of my posts was made by someone else, and then it says someone else's post was made by me. Not sure what they did there, but it seems all screwed up to me.
Edit: Seems to have fixed itself now.

Uhh, yeah you can, otherwise I wouldn't post it. The problem is/was getting your TAG, not viewing the site. If you clicked "I don't want to participate", it took you to the forum.
Me neither but I'm in the US but I had no problems viewing the site as a guest.
