Setups are Fine.
For the Road Atlanta Test you can test a different class/car and same goes for Silverstone 1
But by Silverstone 2 test you must pick your car/class for the season

Im not at my Xbox right now so let me understand. I chose the Ford GT as my car. So I take my Ford GT at what ever PI it is stock and tune it. Which stock I think it has no race equipment at all so I just let the air out of the tires:confused:

I know you have came over from GT and didnt know if you know all about the cars/equipment on them

Oh...so its not the Stock Ford GT...Sorry for the confusion...I had forgot there were race versions of the Ford GT in game:dunce:

I tested several cars today and eventually decided that I'd like to drive the LMP2 Honda, seriously fast car and I've almost done the Panoz affinity to 25 anyway so I guess I'll do Honda next.

I managed a clean 1:18.0 with the car at Laguna Seca while playing online which came as a surprise to me because I thought P2s were just slightly faster than GT cars.

Yeah 2121 i was testing for specs at road atlanta and compared to the non downgraded P1's the Mazda and the acura the honda got a 1:18.218 and was .5 of a second clear of the Porsche RS Spyder and 2 seconds off P1's pace so its quick IMO

For my personal GTE trials i have been using stock cars and my average is a 1:26 but after the Road Atlanta test there will be a better idea on how to do the equalization of the GTE cars

This is a formal annoucment regarding class structure
"LMP-1 will now include the Acura ARX-01a and Mazda Lola this is to ensure a fair LMP-2 class. Also, GTE will include the Lotus with any upgrade package <R3 760 and must be developed before the Silverstone 2 test."
Please send me a Xbox friend request to join Forzaplanet WEC Season 1

What time is it on Friday because earlier in the thread I think it was a Saturday, as long as its not school hours for me I should be in.

Level 5 Motorsports (Honda-Lola) - 2121

I think the actual practice is this Sat morning..He just wants people to select a car/team before then

OK thank you, I've been misinterpretting things all day. I really like the design on your Ford GT, if you did that yourself it's some stunning work.

I'm assuming during the races that it is the responsibility of the driver in the faster class to get past lower classes cleanly when lapping them (as in the slower class doesn't have to yield) as opposed to the slower class having to yield. I've raced in a series where the slower class had to yield and it caused at least 4 collisions per race because of the speed difference.
