For anyone interested i found a nice motorsports calendar app with built-in timezone-conversion and reminders. I've tried some other ones previously, but with this one i really like how it's set up. It not only displays dates of races, but also the start times of sessions and the track on which they occur.
The fact that i can see at what time the Formula 1 Australian GP starts here in Europe without having to bother with timezones is quite superb.

It could have contained some more series, but most of the major international ones are there. This one is also only for Android, but i guess something similar probably exists for iOS.
