Found this pic of a PVC F1 cockpit. Anyone seen or built this?

Simple, but elegant design (not mine, I just found this doing a google search for PVC F1). Needs a little alteration, like adding additional supports that extend across from the top of the seat connecting to the longetudinal pipes just above the knees. This would definately add rigidity, but overall it looks decently solid. Anyone know who designed this, and if this has actually been built by anyone?

Anyone with experience building a rig with PVC like to give a guesstimate how much this will cost?

Inside Sim Racing have a pair videos of them building a PVC rig. It's a bit different to the one on the photo but should be a big help if you want to build one.
