So obviously James Garner makes this very cool, but the Vic Hickey fiberglass hood and other Hickey catalog pieces of the period certainly don't hurt. Truck looks like it'd be a blast on dirt.
 
They tend to have way more tire than I care for, like this one, but bobbed 'burbs are really neat.

Compare with the Suburban I posted up-thread; they're losing a good foot or more off of the ass.

I still think it's a bummer they didn't do a 2-door on the standard wheelbase like they did with the earlier trucks.

I periodically remember that there was a stepside Tacoma. Never cared much for that front end, though. Earlier flush headlights are fine but I most appreciate the recessed lights they had at the start.
