Free car upgrades

Hi Guys
Just starting GT2 & can I use 2 mem cards to get free car upgrades like GT3 ?
I don't have a spare mem card yet so I can't try for myself.

Nope.

[size=+1]GT2[/size] arguably had the memory-card trade thing right, for a game. You paid for all parts fitted to each car purchased from another garage.

I agree...it's cool how GT2 totaled up the price of your car and then added the price of each part to the final bill. 👍 I've got an Alfa 145 worth over 150,000 credits for instance that rocks!

You know the more I get into GT2 the more I like it.. I started on GT4 & then tried GT3 & now on GT2 after a short go on the orig .[ got my ass kicked big time ]

Well GT2 is definitely the most fun in my opinion. The racing isn't 100% accurate but in a lot of it you'll see more the Ai trade positions in races and fight a lot more...something missing from GT3 & 4.
