I wasn't paying a ton of attention to the conference, will this be available to US customers too or just EU ones? I've been tossing the idea of a PSP around for a while now and with a reader coming out for it I've started to become more interested...if GT:M was free with it, it'd pretty much seal the deal.

At first you must download the Gran Turismo theme. Then a PSN code will be send to the email address in your PSN account.
EDIT: "The email will be sent within 30 days after downloading the Gran Turismo theme, altough it will probably be sent within a week."

Where's that from ?
Complete waste of cash. A PSP 3000 can be had for £130, and the game for just £18. So, if you want to talk value for money... As for the hardware...for less money you get a larger screen, better, less cramped button layout, and still have the ability to digitally download if you want.Indeed i'll be picking mine up on release day. Cant wait to get my Go and Free GT PSP, At least this compensates for the highly priced Go. Got my Gamestation Credit Note ready!
