Free DLC on 3rd of December

Glad you're all liking the return of the Supra. I fought hard to get that onto the DLC list so all these posts are justifying me annoying the guys on the team :)

YES! Awesome selection of cars. This will definately get me playing again, at least long enough to try out all the new cars.

Not to sure about the "team tactics" mode, sounds like something designed to encourage over aggressive racing in a "team" setting, but I'll give it a try.

Very much looking forward to the muscle cars though!

Shift will back in the PS3 as soon as patch is ready to download. "AWESCOME"👍👍

Really looking forward to the addition of the older muscle cars. Quick question if you see it Vancouver Blade, will the new cars be available in career mode and be upgradeable?

Yeah, good work on that one. It was one of the only signature japanese racer cars that was excluded from the original car list.

Really really can't wait to get hold of the Supra and race it online, its a tuning legend. I'm hoping it can be tuned for big BHP so it can show the proper supercars a thing or two online :) Top quality VB.👍

Muscle cars certainly have a place in the nostalgia of street and drag racing, but their success in road racing was confined to the Trans Am series pretty much. I would have prefered to have seen more cars from the ALMS and FIA GT series, heck even some Daytona Prototypes from the Rolex series. I know I am probably in the minority here, but hey, what the heck :)

No, I agree with you. As much as I like the sound and power of the 60's & 70's musclecars in a road racing game with the lighter cars of today they're at a disadvantage unless upgraded heavily. But I'm not complaining! At least this shows the game is being supported and maybe ALMS and FIA GT's will come in a future DLC. 👍

I used to love to watch the Mini Coopers beat the Vettes and Camaros at Riverside Raceway (road course) in the late 1960's and early 1970's. The Datsun B210's also used to beat up on 'em sometimes :)

i was actually about to trade this in today and i was bored and stumbled upon the NFS shift section. I will try downloading the patch today and see how it plays, see if i'll change my mind!

You forgot BTCC...

I'd like to hear more about the patch's effectiveness if possible :) Surely there has been more than 3 or 4 people on this forum who have downloaded it :dopey:

Never mind :ill: I realized that I am in the wrong thread for that kind of feedback :)
