If so Why are so many people afraid of such a technology, basically technology of that type does not change anything, people will still pay for energy from a power source from a closed loop system. the only difference is cars, trucks, trains, and things will never need to fuel or charge up ships will not produce CO2 gases.

People are not afraid of over-unity energy production. It's a violation of basic physical laws, and therefore anyone who claims to have or be producing such a machine is a massive scammer.

If such a thing existed that would be by a wide margin the most revolutionary scientific discovery ever. The person who invented it would be the most famous scientist or engineer ever, and would probably be remembered for the entire history of the human race.

That's also why every time someone claims this people look into it in serious detail, and every time it turns out to be ********. As the common saying goes, the hardest part of building a perpetual motion machine is hiding where you put the motor.
