They might already be busy, turn on reciprocate so you can see what's going on in detail in the debug window.
Add some more PSN-friends and as above, use reciprocate.
Example;
It's working fine for me and most others, I think your PSN-friends drivers are busy. Nothing wrong with the widget.
Oh, and leave the setting default, 4/0. I've never had to touch it. The reason why you don't get a full grid is explained above..
Check the logs for other club-members and you'll see that this is not a general issue with the widget. The ones I've checked got full grids.

Here's an idea for the rules.
For members not racing at all for 4-5 days without any notice are moved to Never Race in the widget on the members who race.
This way any free-rider will easily be detected, they won't be raced (ie. not get any free cr/xp) and at the same time the people who do race frequently are getting paid for their racing and their drivers would be more utilized.
After the weekly check or so, if they've started to race again, put them back to reciprocate.
If they haven't started to race after 7 days, they should leave and make room for new hungry members.
What do you guys think?
I believe we need more strict rules (or more clear rules), otherwise it makes no sense for us racing all the time to have PSN friends who don't pay back when that's the purpose of the club.

What is a bit sad is that less than half of the club are green and have been hosted races between 2-3rd.
And we miss 2 members.
Yellow = no activity for last 3 days or are not running La Sarthe / enough club-members
No activity in the last 5 days, recommendation = Put to "Never Race" until activity.
I might have missed someone posting in the thread that they will be away, but think I've covered everyone.

I have activated debugging mode and cant find where i enter in the country code. It is not through not trying.

In the Evaluate field.
It says SEVERAL places in this thread where you enter it. In the the debug window, there is a small box that has Evaluate: above it. That's where ya enter the code.

all good but remember the server maintance so this is why a lot if us are in yellow
