Slightly later than planned, final standings.

Big congratulations to @Ninners on now moving clear in all time titles with his 4th championship, and to @LancerEvo7 for a frankly insane run of success for the ECM team over the past 3 seasons.

Independents and @Yeratel84 came up short for another title, congratulations to @GTPorsche for his win, also giving VW a first ToCA title of any kind since GT5.

Plans already in the works for T16, overhauled schedule, numerous sporting regulation changes, a clean sheet of specs, and a return to a 8 week 24 race calendar hopefully a little more compact that will improve grid numbers. That should be live by the end of the year.
