I for one am not fond of simulation steering myself, but I know it opens up the inputs to make it more 1:1 with no dampening(or maybe less), but I heard that it differs from wheel to pad. Because of lack of actual rotation on the sticks, I just avoid it because it just makes it feel less realistic to me to have it jolting back and forth like it does. Everything other aid is off for me, but steering will always stay at Normal for me.I've been using the Simulation setting and it's really presented me with all the oddities mentioned above. Even taking the 'stick a bit of lock on and see how it goes' approach is a bit hit-and-miss. I'll give it another hour or so tonight to see if I can adjust to it any better.
