Frozen on menu book 15!!

Menu book 15. Purchased the 3 cars. Showing all 3 cars acquired but appears to be stuck there. Doesn’t move on to book 16? Any suggestions please?????

You haven't actually started the Menu Book. I'll also assume there's no indication in the top-left corner of your screen which Menu Book you're currently doing?
