So much wrong with that. Those should be moments, not forces. And the two should balance out so that the cat lands on it's rear. Plus, gravity should be represented, and I don't see an assumption to neglect drag, so that has to be modeled as well. Then there should be a conclusion to the FBD:
Sum of forces in the X direction = 0 = M * Ax
Sum of forces in the Y direction = D - Mg = M * Ay
Sum of Moments about the center of Mass = Mtoast - MCat = I * alpha = 0
Duh!
