The odd thing here is that somebody is walking up the escalator rather than standing still, he may aswell have took the stairs if he's going to do that.

If there are only escalators, I will walk up/down them. It's just faster.

Not a pic. At least not that I'm aware of.

Try the Funny Vid Thread - but ask yourself the question... is it funny and sweary or is it just funny because it's sweary? If it's the latter, don't bother at all.

My bad.. and honestly.. I thought that it was more his tone then his profanity count.. but I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion..

I wasn't answering the question for you, just asking you to ask it to yourself. If you think it's funny and sweary, linking to it with a warning (as you did, just in the wrong place) is fine; if you think it's funny because it's sweary (would it work if the guy said "gosh darn melonfarmer" instead of swearing?), I wouldn't bother.

Ahh.. I tend to think aloud :) and I should have searched for a "Funny Vid" thread but don't know why I didn't :boggled: :banghead: I'll try find some funny photos that are yet to be posted in this so at least I'm contributing in some way :)

It's probably the same in your country, except there's a large warning sign with a message from the Ministry of Health reminding you to take the stairs instead, followed by some acronyms and a crown or some other baroque emblem, but everyone ignores it because they don't trust their government, either.

Good thing the toilet paper is right next to the pop corm. That stuff always tears me up. :ill:

The pop cron I'm usually alright with.

I figured you and your cron-ies would like that stuff.

Crom is the good stuff the government doesn't want you to know about, it's quite cromulent.

That is a fool proof plan, I absolutely see no reason it shouldn't work.

When you look at it, it's fairly smart. The top of the ladder will never lift because of where he is standing, and by the time he puts weight on the base, he'll almost immediately be jumping over the railing. The back will never slide further back because of the railings.

The only thing he actually has to worry about besides the falling either side, is the base potentially sliding off the ledge, but there seems to be a sufficient enough area for that not to happen.

^ ^^

I think the resolution of the forces involved is probably sufficient for him to stand there forever, but if he over-reaches, he's got no back-up plan other than to use his face and concrete steps to break his fall. I'd be lying if I said I've not done something similar...

Does anyone remember Bear Grylls climbing out of a 30 foot well using only two sticks and opposed pressure... that went Fiiiiiine.

Looks like a tragically bad idea to replicate. I think even Jesus had swim fins as a back-up plan.

The "scaffolding ladder pic", that didnt appear to be OSHA approved. ;)

The car ladder. I picture someone loosing their head if that ladder was to catch anything.

Wow that so could turn ugly instantly. Worse then scaffolding ladder guy.
