G29 sequential gearboxPS4

Hello all.

I've been thinking about getting a G29 but one of my concerns are if you can use the add-on shifter for the G29 as a sequential gear changer (like setting 3rd and 4th as down and up respectivly). Or is all sequential gear changing limited to the paddle shifters? I am on PS4.

Yes the paddles are the only sequential shifting option, and there are alot of known issues with them. google "g29 paddle shifter not working"
