G923 GT7 Ps5 force feedback 2025

So I have seen multiple threads on this issue, but there were no apparent solutions to this issue. I just got a preowned G923 wheel for ps5. It works great on other games such as the crew motofest or wreckfest. The force feedback works fine and I feel the full resistance. As soon as I open GT7 my wheel loses all FF and there is barely any resistance. I have tried every setting on Ghub on my PC or the in game settings on my ps5. I have the correct power supply in it's own outlet, have moved the usb cord to the front of my ps5 as well and I am still having the same issue. I've even seen another post saying to turn off ps5 controller ect. I tried out a friend's G90 wheel and there is zero issues in the game. It's beyond frustrating as I cannot get a refund since I bought second hand and only want to use with GT7. I reached out to Logitech support and they said to come here since it is a GT7 issue not theirs.

If anyone has ever had this happen or knows how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Have you updated GT7 to 1.58?

I just installed the game a few days ago for the first time and it says it’s version 01.580. So should be the newest update.

I reached out to Logitech support and they said to come here since it is a GT7 issue not theirs.

GTPlanet is not affiliated with Gran Turismo 7's developer, Polyphony Digital, and the staff do not have any means to contact PD directly.

The forums may however be able to suggest ideas or fixes, but I'm fairly sure Logitech intended you to seek support directly from Sony and/or Polyphony Digital.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. After my conversation with Logitech, I ended up ChatGPTing how to best contact gran turismo and it said it was difficult to do directly. Then it recommended this forum as an active place to best find out information and find answers.
