I'd go for the Gallardo, because you can use it in the Lamborghini-event and in the Gallardo-event. The Murcielago has more power, but I prefer the engine-sound of the Gallardo, and it's cheaper, or, as Rolls-Royce says, "less expensive"
Murcielago is a quicker car, if you can handle it right, quicker than the Gallardo, but then again, you can't use the Murcielago in the Gallardo trophy, so the Gallardo is better, and is pretty capable.
It's pretty close to real life. The Murcielago is faster and has more grip, but is absolutely brutal if you overstep the mark. The Gallardo is a bit slower but far more forgiving at and beyond the limit of grip.
Plus the practicality of being able to use the Gallardo in the 2 events makes the Murcielago a non starter.
Gallardo understeers without the right tune (more like i cant drive properly...). And the Murcialago is a bit twitchy under breaking. I prefer the Murcialago tho. Looks pure demonic in black. As for the Gallardo being able to be used for 2 event? Meh. Why not buy them both and use them for the different event? Both arnt that expenaive and thet are nice addition to your garage
imo, Murc by far. Gallardo feels a bit stiff. Murc cornering bad? Turn off all assists and play with the handbrake, this beast is made for drifting. Playing with the h-brake gives the track a whole new dimension.
the murcielago is faster and MUCH more fun in the right hands. The gallardo is kind of boring to me as it has a very monotonous (albeit stable) cornering attitude.
And anyone who says the murcielago 'sucks' just hasnt mastered it
I bought the Gallardo because i was still poor back then..but when you can, you should pick up a Murcielago and install a torque distribution diff and set it to 10/90..It will be amazing.
But if stability and that "cornering on rails" feeling is your thing, get the gallardo. As mentioned above,it also can be used for the trofeo gallardo event
If you're worried about money then get the Gallardo because you need it for the Gallardo-only event. I have the LP560 and the LP670-SV, after max tuning them both the SV takes it in every performance category hands down. So the Gallardo is more useful (and cheaper to buy), but the Murcielago is a superior machine.
theyre both great.. the Murcielago for me is quicker by a hair but as also mentioned earlier the car will kick your ass pretty bad if you overstep the lines... the Gallardo is much more forgiving
