Couple of things with that - there's no per-test breakdown on the Passmark site so you can't actually see where CPU A is faster than CPU B and vice versa, and the single-threaded Passmark ratings are as follows...

As I said before, Intel steamrolls (pun intended) Bulldozer and Piledriver in anything that isn't heavily multi-threaded - unfortunately for AMD, not much is heavily multithreaded. Overclock a 4670K to 4.2+GHz and it's all but gg no re to Intel.
Anandtech's bench > basically every other benchmark site too, Passmark results are from end users and as such can vary quite a bit even in the CPU stakes.
