you guys sound like lil kids arguing over stupid crap...o wait just checked your profile...your 15

can we PLEASE keep this freakin thread for Tuning! and opinions on the cars and not spelling or grammar or stupid BS...bc its really annoying me and i wont bother posting on GTP anymore👎

believe me you are not the only one feel like that.

While you're at it, go and pay a visit at the thread in my signature. Oddly enough, there had been no tuning threads for months until I made one... after only a few days these began to pop up. Just a coincidence? Maybe. :odd:

Or maybe there is a Tuner Garages thread and they were post their own tuning there. 💡

Screw the SIVIK ESS EYE TYPE ARR ARR M00G1N. I want the hachiroku.

Am I going to get flamed for dissing t3h ub3r S1V1K again?

Lucky. You have an 86. Ah well, one less that I can't think about dropping a 13B, 20B or turbo RENESIS in.

Yayayayay! Updates! I want a 92 RX-7 RZ, a Spirit R, an RX-8, and what else? :P Naw, I'm just kidding.

PS i got tonsssss of cars i tuned for Grip and some for Drift cause its a lil harder to get settings for drift i think. just gotta get them on the comp tomorrow

Hey, find a 13B! Nice late FD motor would be just about perfect. Gonna need the tranny out of one too. Grab the computer for it, wiring harness, get it all. And swap it into your 86.

Hahha! 300hp 86, anyone? (After you wick up the B00S7!)

No.

I hav 1 kwestion: How u get 2 school evry day? o, w8, mayb dat the problem.

DC2, 264hp, but it's much lighter. Buy it from the used 1 lot. 7,797. Expect to pay out the arse for FF performance at all times. You can skip everything but the first two stages of weight reduction, the LSD, the suspension, the tires and use a stage 2 turbo with nothing else for power (just don't go over what it's already got.)

Only real fun I've had in an FF for a long time.

Think I was being a little sarcastic?

I'm sorry, but I normally don't take well to noobs asking questions that are easily answered by a quick fire up of GT4.

Hell, to tell you the truth? I don't take well to noobs period. Mostly because I hardly ever get a warm welcome at any site. (Must be because I'm such a cynical prick, eh?) And because it seems that nobody but regs have the decency to use capitalization and otherwise correct punctuation and spelling, not commit necromancy, and read entire posts.

(I haven't seen you resurrect anything, but the rest I do believe you are guilty, are you not?)

You wanted an Integra, I supplied it, and rather than test it out, you ask me if it is a DC5. Most people would've just bought one and found out.

Sorry if I'm being a prick, but I can't really help it. I am, after all, the resident arse. I must live up to that. :P

1: Clean your mouth, you're violating AUP.
2: Be polite and helpful to new members, since you're far away from being "resident arse" yourself. You could say that if you would had been here since the appearance of GT-series.
3: Don't accuse new members of doing things unless you have solid proof. I have proof that you have bad punctuation, spelling errors etc and few cases of violating AUP.
4: You're hijacking Garage B's thread with this. Next time, do things like this in PM.

Just my 0.02 cents.

Cheers

Actually, I am currently waiting for Garage B to finish HIS RX-7 and get a time with it so we can compare notes and tuning. (So I guess it could be said that I am an unofficial member? Nah.)

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of having him (As well as myself) run R5's as I was broke in GT4 at the time and didn't feel like swapping for mediums. (Had run the car in a time attack, so I built it with R5's)

I do need to watch my wording more closely, the other boards I'm on are all either lax about it or have censors.

Few AUP violations, I must agree with, but I do at least attempt to properly spell/punctuate/capitalize. I now understand that Dimplz was not typing with poor punctuation because of laziness, but more, it seems, out of lack of experience typing.

Now, I don't know about you, but to ME (this im my opinion only), when someone doesn't have the time to type properly or simply doesn't care enough to, they're sending a message to the world, and that message is that they are higher beings in their own minds,

As to the bad spelling/punctuation on my part, it could be a culture clash of sorts: Europeans tend to spell things differently as well as word them differently than we 'Mericans. (See, now, I don't speak English. I speak 'Merican! And I get to say that. Because the prez thinks they speak Latin in Latin America.)

If a new member presents themselves well, (read: No "0mgz0rz! H0w d0 u g3t t3h FGT??!?!?!?" type of, dare I say it? No. I think it's obvious where I was going) I have abso-bloody-lutely no problem with them. However, my opinion falls whenever I see necromancy with no real contribution to the thread, poor grammar, and questions that get answered by a quick look around.

I was far too hard on Dimplz, and for that I must apologize. I have seen threads that get resurrected just for someone to ask "What is that white car? Is it the Impreza STI Spec C?" when the post directly below said picture stated that it was.

I get pissed off easy, real easy.

ooh barracuda!
EDIT
*laughs* i dont wanna make you mad lol,
I wanna get in on this, I think im pretty good at tuning :D
EDIT
I editied this right after i typed the useless response.

Thanks buddy for apologising but it wasn't necessary. Hey lets get back on topic, tuning cars so they drive harder and faster.

*Slaps Tulok accross forum*

You have angered me! *pulls out a longsword*

, nah, I'm just kidding

I'm in a really good mood right now, I've been drifting a Mitsu FTO in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3.

I needed a break from this "grip on pavement" crap.

Haha, I had started posting that last night!

I hate t3h 1nt3rw3bz0rz.

Anyways, on topic: I've been tuning a LOT, and I mean A LOT of early Imprezas, all for grip, and my best is the 22B. (I did one of my own, I don't use the custom suspension/turbo.) Although, I've got a B4 Blitzen that corners like it's on RAILS for 469hp of AWD fury. (Not that much power, but it's REAL good. Like FR goooood, without the wheelspin (does that make it gooooooooooooooood?).

Alright, Garage B, I'm taking my PS2 and the 22B for a spin. I'll let you know what it needs, what it doesn't, etc..

Alright. Short, concise review.

Its 200 mph fast. For a car that was specifically tuned (or so I think) for Sarthe, its a bit slow. After 6 miles of straight, that corner is hell on earth. One second the car is on one side, the next on the other. I tried increasing front braking power, no fix. Ride height, I made it 100/100, it feels better. Honestly, I had to turn on ASM Oversteer to 2. I cant control it under hard braking from 200 mph.

Hey, it seems my internet is working properly, but Firefox won't load GTP. But it loads everything else properly.

I'm going to toss up the 22B and Legacy in a bit (The Legacy is closer to being finished, so it goes up first.)

I'll take a few requests right about now as well.

Impreza: Try INCREASING the REAR brake bias. What's happening right now is the rearend wants to go faster than the nose under braking, and rough stuff on track gives it a chance.

Sorry, Rotary Junkie, that's what I did. It was a typo (hard to do) but I did put rear brakes up to about 15.

His tuning shop I suppose.

I sorta fixed it by just putting both front and rear to 24. Of course this is not good for the car, as its harder to steer. Try re-working the whole suspension tuning, different from what you've done. I also put the Autoset to 20 and it goes a lot faster.
