Gears Help

I'm trying to get this gears for a lambo gallardo, but i dont know how to get them right, i'm allways off by a bit or a lot, need help please, not only on this but on a lot of replicas, i just cant get them right, what are the steps to get the gears right?


Gear Ratios:
Tranny
1st Gear Ratio 3.310
2nd Gear Ratio 2.050
3rd Gear Ratio 1.460
4th Gear Ratio 1.440
5th Gear Ratio 0.940
6th Gear Ratio 0.780
Final Gear Ratio 4.250
Max Speed 330

Try adjusting the Final Gear first, then move to Max Speed, and then individual ratios.

I heard that an oil change and wheel change effects the gear ratios. Not to mention engine upgrades etc.
