ok guys... nice with all the pics you post.. as usual.. but I have a question, which I can't remember being asked.. so here we go: if you take your car for a spin, it gets dirty like in gt3, right..? so...if you keep dirty, will you see a difference in photomode..? or is it your car, without dirt, always shiny no matter how dirty it is..? try it out and compare with a couple of pics..

you will get less reflectiion on your car when it gets dirty
no matter in garage, photo mode or in-game
maybe someone here can post some pics
btw .... go rally race can get dirty real fast

Wow, this is very nice work TimBrad and DRT2RM (Very good works man, photomodes with all manufacturer). And pimp_racer, better logo :D!

Thanks to all!

I come back and visit this thread at least once every two days, and I am staggered by the amount of new images, and the redevelopment of the galleries. You guys/gals must be working very very hard.
As one of the unfortunate many that are still waiting for the English language version, I want to express my gratitude for taking requests, creating galleries, and generally informing the rest of us about the amazing range of cars available.
The pictures just seem to get better and better.

One question though:
If you already have an imported Japanese/Asian version of the game, are you likely to by a version from your local market when it is released? Or will you stick with your current game? If so, there may be a flood of all your second-hand GT4 games on ebay......

Who needs Ferraris when we have midget races?

Dreaming of…F.L.P
(Image for fantasising rather than photographic merit.)

Edit: I’m not enjoying the game’s output of the colour red. Hopefully the PAL version will bring about better results.

I almost thought that Citeza was a lambo untill I looked at it closely.

That’s the idea…

Incidentally Brett, I am yet to come across a Cerbera or Griffith with the orange low kilometre tag.

Isn't it designed by the same person who did the Diablo?

I can't say i've seen a non Japanese car with the low kilometre tag, well off the top of my head anyway. Although currently in the old timers section about half of the cars in there have them.

Yes, Marcello Gandini was responsible for both monstrosities. The wheels really do help…

Just curious to find out if someone has a pic available for either the Acura RSX Type-S or the Honda Integra Type-R (RSX Body)? Thanks in advance.

Now, is it just me, or did Polyphony seem to skimp on certain cars just because they didn't see them as important as others? I asked Tim Brad to snap some pics of an '03 Acura 3.2 CL type S, and the detail is horrible. All pixilated on the rear, and the side view mirrors look grey and grainy/blurry. It just seems that the same attention should have gone into all cars, because I like that car, and now I prolly won't use it in photo mode.

That doesn't look good 👎 I think you're right when you say some cars look less detailed, I've noticed that in GT3 too. I can't really understand why that happens though...

That indeed doesnt look good! But look at the left side it doesnt looks as bad. It also depends, how the sunlight hits the car. But if i look closer it looks like the backlight texture is in the false layer, it must be on top but it is under the others. A rushed job by PD.!??

Just done some investigation myself... it really does look bad. check the attach photos. Although the general parts of car looks alright, the wing mirror from the back just look simply awful 👎
