It depends on how they work it, there is also talk we might get a free 10 pull as compensation so I guess if it happened to fall that you have good pity it might be a bonus win.
Given the banner is due to end next Tuesday I would imagine we'll have some sort of annoucement on Thurs/Fri to say what is happening officially.

I know it is the original picture but they might just edit it to fit the situation we are currently in with the delay.
One actually preferred that one over the standard banner pciture we have now, no offense to QiQi, Keqing or Mona but I liked the colours and theme better.

Decided to dip into my Mora fund and run some talent book domains, to finally triple crown my first character. Got her on the first day, and she was my main in the early to mid game.

I dunno why but I cannot be bothered with the final grind for triple crowning characters, I know they will be better in the long run because of it and it's not like I don't have the money/supplies to do it but for some reason I just never feel like doing it.
Guess perhaps it's the 'thought' of having to reobtain the materials again for the next character, perhaps I will do it for Yelan tho!

Speaking of crowns, I should probably put a second crown on Jean. Question is do I do her E or her normals? Probably E since I use her as a DPS Healer hybrid.
Because of this delay, I’m just slaving away in the Shim Emblem domain every day, trying to get better quality Crit pieces for Hu Tao, Yoimiya, and any character using the emblem set. There’s a possibility I’ll hit AR60 before 2.7 if the delay is long enough. After that, all my EXP I earn will be converted into Mora. Either way, AR60 before Sumeru is crazy.

Yeah that's pretty crazy that you'll be AR60 before Sumeru but congrats when it comes, I am AR57 and still got a LONG way to go yet!
That's an interesting reveal you made there, I didn't think Emblem would work on Hu-Tao, I finally got her a full set of Crimson Witch with good stats (aka HP/Crit Rate/Crit Damage), I was gonna build Yomiya with Shim since I have a full 'perfect' set just waiting for her to rerun.
The other option I was thinking was trying that new set for Xiao Vermillion Herafter on Hu-Tao but again I dunno if it would work well or not, the reason I was thinking a change is I could then put that set of Crimson on my Diluc or Yanfei and bring more characters into play.
Thanks to you both I think that final ascension to talent level 10 may happen in the coming weeks, not sure who will draw the lucky straw but I'll post it at the time.

I built shim instead of Witch because it seems like it’s way easier to get good shim pieces (at least for me). Instead of focusing on burst use, I now go all in on charged attacks, which end up doing some nasty vape numbers. Shim is also Yoimiya’s Best-in-Slot set. If you’re gonna crown someone, I’d honestly put 1, maybe even 2 on Yoimiya and leave burst at 9 or whatever it’s at. Those normals do big numbers with the shim set.

I would agree with that, I think it took me like 5 weeks to get the set for Hu-Tao, it kept refusing to give me HP or Crit Rate/Damage.
I think Yoimiya will get the honor for the first crowned character when they eventually 'rerun' her, my hopes keep getting dashed each update but I hope it's before August time but am resigned to the fact it could be over a year I've been waiting!

Well now, that’s a surprise. Genshin showcased an upcoming character to, I imagine, V 2.8. Definitely not what I was expecting him to look like or wield, but still nice to finally see him.

Looks like a change of plan for 2.8 since the leakers were proclaiming it would be all rerun banners of Kazuha, Klee and Yoimiya only but given that's only three banners there was always room for a new character.
Probably not going to go for him as I am holding out for Yomi after Yelan.

RNGesus has been very generous to me the last 2 weeks or so. Only got interpretations from Good Sign, and some achievement from another commission, and I’ll be done with Liyue’s RNG achievements.

It's sometimes best to set the daily commissions to that area of the map (Adventure Book > Daily Commissions > Down Arrow and set to Liyue), I've been set on Inazuma for ages and the game only just gave me the quest O'Archon have I done right which finally has given me the next stage of the quest so hopefully I can get that achievement.
I still have to attempt Good Sign and the Story's guy in Liyue, I've had the opener many times but never the follow up!

Well I am sure it will come to you in due course, if it's any consolation I had to wait 289 days before I got Floral Fresh from Flora and I was quite surprised that when I went back to Drgaonspine the following day I got a very unexpected outcome the following day with Fresh Flora the follow up quest.
On my FTP I've done this countless times and only got the manage to retrieve one container result but on my main account that waited 289 days but it allowed me to retrieve two of the containers so I got the 'Happy Flora' result at the end of the commission so it kinda felt like a win.
Kinda wish there was an achievement for that one but hey ho!

EDIT to avoid double post: meanwhile, stream for version 2.7 was announced for tomorrow, and 2.7 will come out 31.05 and last for 6 weeks as usual, with 2.8 coming out 13.07

Well just one week to go until the update is finally out.
@TetsuKobura in your opinion for Yelan would you say having her on the 4 piece Hydro set or mix of 2 piece Tenacity of the Milineth/Heart of Depth set will work best.
I ask because I have a Hydro damage goblet and HP Sands with good sub stats from the Tenacity domain but struggling to get those two pieces from Heart of Depth and now I think about it the more HP for Yelan the better would you say?

Looking at her kit on honeyimpact, assuming nothing changes on release, I would heavily invest in HP stats, so at least 2-piece Tenacity of Millileth. I don't believe 4-piece Tenacity is worth it because her cooldown is 10 seconds, so she won't benefit from it. 2 Tenacity 2 Hydro is probably your safest bet. Just make sure to have some ER as well since her burst says 70 energy.

I will, the two pieces I have are HP main and on the Crit Rate circlet it has two HP stats so once I get the two pieces of Heart of Depth it should hopefully turn out an OK build, I think there's some ER in their too so will see how it goes next week!
