(Get your) Event Count Down Image

Ok I slapped this together for myself but a few people have asked for it, so I cleaned it up slightly and I am now sharing it.

You select the date and time of your event in your computers own time zone, then you are given an image you can place in your GTP thread. When a user loads/reloads the page they will get a fresh countdown image.

Here is an example:
blahblah race six, Rome, starts in

When this countdown finishes the following is displayed:

To make your own, go here http://gt5.zqz.me/count-down/ Just double check the times match up as this is has not had much testing.

Please direct all feedback (good or bad) here. 👍

(And yes I am 1000% sure that others exist on the web but I couldnt find a single one)

Hey man you wont have to, you are already using that version. I just updated it for everyone to make it a little bit cleaner.

I am thinking if the days left is 0 then hide the fact. so simply Hours Mins and THEN seconds. I dont think seconds are needed until close to the event

Just wanted to say that this is amazing. If you can possibly get some more color choices and the ability to choose text size going that would be outstanding. I think that would even get donations, too cool.

Speaking of which. I don't know why but I just got inspired of a racing themed wall clock for some reason.

Like, it would be a little car that runs around a twisty circuit that has marks along the track for seconds. And every lap is one-minute. Minutes could be represented by a little pace car running around and hours could be red lights arranged in a big circle that are off, the current hour would be lit up. Somebody please make something like this so I can buy it.

Wardez, I like your creativity lol that sounds like an interesting idea maybe a dymanic wallpaper for your computer which doubles up as a clock. Anyway graphics arnt my thing so it wont be me making that lol

Text sizes, fonts, colours I can do 👍 I will update the thread when I have made it possible.

For anyone who was using this, the date picker is now working again. Seems like it was broken for a few days. Please note the countdown images were not affected by this.
