Hey all, I gotta say GT is great for simulating how I'll like to drive and not killing my self but I got to go to Malibu Grand Prix yesterday. It's the closest thing I can get to Skip barber w/o having to pay $500.
Anyways, just something I had to say. My real question is do you think drifting can also hurt peoples skills as much as it might help? I think it does both because I've got a really good sense of the cars capabilities but then if I actually had to drive the right way I can't or don't want to because I'm too busy trying to get oversteel going.
Examples are at malibu I couldn't get under 58. At malibu I pretty much knew that I wasn't gonna do to well in time department. For most of the time I was squealing the tires and getting sideways a little. In GT3 I didn't care about racing others, more about seeing the apex as I went around the curves. Thanks
Nick
