They change colour relative to the make of car you are in.

Lotus? Green Suit, Yellow Lid... Red boots (I think) and Yellow mittens

Lambo gets an All black set
My little Ferrari gets a nice red lipstick shade
Jaguar gets a Beer Bottle Green babygrow and skid lid.

They are very basic design, but they -sort of- let you swap cars and look like you belong in the car - You don't get any logos like the Pit crew gets.

Horizon-00 is the lid, the suit could be Double stripe-00.
