Oh Christ GM finally revieled this thing to the public, I feel sorry for everyone on the road that they have to see this monstosity. I must say it looks like a Trailblazer had sex with an Explorer and this is the bastard child. I've seen this truck for years and I was hoping they would fix it before they released it to the public. See this is what you get when you have the same people who designed the G6 design trucks. GM need to sperate their divisions again, truck and car. They would make things look so much better. And since I can't find a picture go to

and click on the 2007 preview.

I'm sorry that you all have to see this.

Here we go....

I think it just may need to grow on me like to Colorado did.

At least the chrome bar is gone.

Something reminds me of the c/k series in the late 60's..

Well they did a lot to it to make it better, but as of right now its still ugly as sin.

I think the important thing to note is that the interior is finally on par with Dodge.

Still not as nice as Ford or some fo the imports, but OK nonetheless.

Do my eyes decieve me or is the venerable headunit finally gone?!

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to lay to rest the ugliest head unit ever, and return it to God. While it was taken from us after we only got to get to know it, it would probably want us to share our good memories of it.

I really really do like it. Send me one in black with 24's or 26's blacked out windows and a european chassis with the biggest engine they offer and I'll be in heaven. Oh and a custom intertior I aint feeling the wood effect at all.

But exterior wise I love it. top notch I think.

Not bad, looks a bit more aggressive and muscular than the more rounded and subtle body of the previous generation. Wait, does this mean we get a slightly changed Hummer H2 also?

It's a giant leap foward, but it still looks pretty damn ugly.

They need to do away with that bar effing up the grill so horribly.

I think that bar is what attracts me to it. It makes it not look ordinary and cheaply designed. The car looks like it has class.

I dig it. My fiance and I have been waiting for a suitable replacement for her current Denali. Can't wait to see what the new GMC versions look like. And the Escalade, for that matter. But, this looks nice to start.

There was nothing wrong with the general radio GM used...I just had to get rid of mine because 4W of power sounds like ass while 60W sounds a lot better.

The GMC looks better then the Chevy, the Escalade looks better, the H2 looks different in a lot of ways. But since there is nothing formal I can't tell you what it looks like. I'm sure there will be pictures soon enough.

I just hate the tail lights, they are effin huge! I guess it will grow on me eventually, but I've worked around them for 2 years so I don't know.

Doesn't look that bad to me. I don't quite like the headlights, but the front end is much better than I expected it to be.
Looks much more agressive than the last one, and with a much nicer interior.
I think I may have just found the subject of PSC Weekly 118.

I kinda like it. Looks OK, I think.

I'm thinking it was a threesome with the Jeep Grand Cherokee in the mix.

There is lots of information on gminsidenews.com, I love that site because its funny how much people speculate, and how many people actually know whats going on.

LOL, I nearly burst out laughing in the middle of Marketing class when I read this first bit :P

...I didn't think taste, style, or appearance mattered with SUV's...

It's like starting with a 3 ton pile of horse manure, shaping it however you want too, and then asking people how it looks...doesn't matter how you look at it, it still looks like ****.

I really don't think the discerning SUV buyer is going to give half a damn about how it looks, they're already driving the most obscene insults ever committed against anyone who ever designed a beautiful car...

Lets look at the train of thought of the average American.

'Hey honey, I've got a big fat ass...I think it's gotten too fat for the Tahoe...let's go car shoppin!'

"Ok dear, let me finish these ham sandwiches, and put on my sweats."

'Hey dear, you think we should get a hybrid, what with gas costs on a steady rise, and the depleting ozone layer, and all those poor animals whose habitats are being destroyed for oil and all that?'

*they both pause and look at each other for a second, trying not to smile, then burst out laughing*

(5 minutes later)

'Oh, that was good...now, let's go find something that can run over a Honda Civic without even jostling the body...I hear they have a new GM SUV out, it's supposed to be even bigger than before, and I think it gets a Mile per Gallon, isn't that sweet?'

"Oh my, yes it is, if only they could graft it directly to your groin so you could actually please me in bed."

'Hah! Like I'd ever give a damn about anyone but myself!'

Sorry if that's offensive, but I DESPISE SUV's and those who drive them, by assosciation.

Can anyone fotoshop this car for me and turn it into a black, blacked out decked beast sittin on some 24's?

Here you go - with some nice & ricey 24" chrome cartwheels ;)

Good one that makes me laugh at times, not your post the whole SUV thing lol.

Lets look at the train of thought of the average American.

[yadda yadda yadda]
Because every American is fat, wears sweats, and has a small ****.

And of course, no Americans live in the snowbelt and have 5 kids. None of them tow boats or trailers/campers.

And GM isn't going to offer a hybrid Tahoe.

But of course.

I despise asshats who don't know anything, I guess I despise you then, huh?

The truck looks a lot better in person, they rolled a fully finished one into the mock-up area today. I got to sit in it and what not. The interior is like sitting in a luxery car, the exterior is much better in person.

You carry 5 kids while regularly towing things in the Snowbelt, by all means, get two SUV's.

Your kids moved out, you've never seen two inches of snow in your life, much less a dirt road, you don't know how to drive a boat, or even hook up a trailer, and you just like riding around in a big monstrosity cause it makes your weewee feel bigger...I'm talking to you.

I would hazard a guess that less than 10% of the owners of SUV's actually NEED, much less USE it as it could/should be.

Not to mention, what the hell would you get a Hummer, or an Escalade, or a Tahoe on dubs, or a Navigator, or an X5, or any of those for, if you were actually going to use it in a truck like fashion...why not just get either A. A truck for half the price, or B. a cheaper, more useful SUV.

Oh, because it's an absurd status symbol.

As for Americans being fat, I live here, we are in what they call "An Obesity Epidemic"...

Like it's a disease or something, and not just a disgusting side effect of our horrible lifestyles.

There is a reason the rest of the world hates us, and it isn't just Bush.
