You can only send once per day per console and it may actually be done on IP address in your house which is why it won't let you send.

I'm in England and our reset time is midnight. I'm not sure how many hours Singapore is ahead of us but if it is 8 for example, then your reset time will 8am your time. If you are 10 hours ahead, it will be 10am etc etc..
