Penalties will be set to 'Strong' as normal so whatever doesn't get you a penalty according to PD lol

+5 for most of the lap, but +4 for the hairpin at T2 and T3

For most turns with high entry speeds the +5 bias gets the nose turned in, Subaru can suffer from understeer in high speed turns, not a problem in the low and medium speed turns

I have a 30.01 but a optimum of 29.2. So frustrating. Can't hook a lap up, was on a great lap and then lost the rear coming our of the final corner. Arghh

Seems like after the latest update Red Bull Ring has a new set of weather/time settings.

So our Round 3 at the circuit will now be the "afternoon/13:15/sunny" option.
