Aneda Dick on the scene. It has just been announced that @BPeacock27 has been removed from the team for the remainder of the season.
AD – removed from the team Peacock? What happened!?
Peacock – so called team mates! No respect! I’ve been screwed over and stabbed in the back!
AD – any part of this have anything to do with the alleged drinking problem of yours?
Peacock – (quickly hiding his flask after taking a swig) problem? I see no problem?
AD – lets talk performance then. You’re not exactly the top performer on the team….
Peacock – Let’s just say those so called ‘team mates’ of mine had better look out next time I’m on the track! That’s right @scarecrow937 and @Stryker13 you had better be on the watch!
AD – well as luck would have it, here they are! Comments from the two of you?
Scarecrow – this was a long time coming. Our team could no longer afford the bar bill…as far as the threats? Not too worried, he’d have to catch us first.
Stryker – he made a mean Michelada for Cinco de Mayo though, going to miss those bar tending skills.
Peacock – (sniffs and wipes a tear – heavy slurring of speech yet again noticeable) I’m gonna miss these guys. Come here man I need a hug!
Well there you have it folks. It appears the demise of an up and coming team is imminent. Right before a crucial final race for which they could potentially catch the first place team in the championship…..
AD - Hey wait a minute! Scarecrow, Spyderpig, do you have a replacement for Saturday!?
For this they say nothing. Spyderpig and Scarecrow wink at each other and only say: Keep an eye out for a new Hot Wheels release!

Aneda Dick here again, and if you’ve been following the story today there’s been a MAJOR shakeup at Team War.
This is even more of an interesting development since they have a real shot of overtaking the first place team in the championship with a good showing. BUT there’s no way they have a shot at it if they’re only two drivers.
We’ve been asked back to the shop this afternoon, for a follow up announcement. We notice the shop is covered in gold confetti, @scarecrow937 and @Stryker13 are mingling with large smiles, and BPeacock27 is nowhere to be seen. We are anticipating however, that there may be a new driver announcement.
Top Hotwheels brass is also present. As well as what looks like to be another presentation.
We also can’t help but notice that @redbullfix is also at the shop…….

AD – you two certainly look excited!?
Scarecrow937 and Styker13 – oh yea. Can’t wait for this announcement! BIG changes coming for Team War! They also quickly add, despite speculation that the market value of our hotwheels cars has seemingly plummeted – Hotwheels has invested MORE into our team! Wait and see! If you don’t already own the 3 car set, you’ll wish you had!
Hot wheels Marketing Chairperson Ivanna Dick (no relation) steps up to the mic.
"I just want to say how excited Hotwheels is to be part of Team War. With recent driver restructuring within the team, namely getting rid of the alcoholic Peacock, @redbullfix will be stepping in for the remainder of this season, and for that special occasion, Hotwheels has come out with a Limited Gold Edition to commemorate the occasion and potential Championship win.
That’s how confident we are in this new team. "
Suddenly the curtain drops and the new car is revealed....
"and THATS how you mark the occasion of a teams first Championship win" but before she can continue....
All of a sudden Peacock, drunk out of his mind, comes from behind the curtain, trips on the mic cord, and pulls half the stage down with him. Pulls the mic out of ID’s hands and says this:
“All I gotta say *hic* is you guys better zip up your vijayjays.” he continues, “even though these $%##@% got rid of me, I’ll be back in the *buuuurrrppp* fall!” after which he falls off the remainder of the stage, trips again on the same mic cord and knocks himself unconscious….
AD –well there you go folks, guess we won’t be getting an interview, or (hopefully) not hearing from him in the GR3 Saturday series until the fall……
