Good news, i got GT2 now but it looks like i would have to start playing Gran Turismo Mode to unlock better cars. Hopefully the next round would be possible for me.

Spoiler: My improved lap time

I decided to try the karelpipa's tune with W8 Turbo and the result was the following:
1'04.563, 189,41 mph. It is about 303 km/h.

Time submitted. I used Shelby Cobra Coupe. It was very quick as I expected, although something heavier might have been more competitive.

People who will keep on posting their times in this thread should at least use the 'Spoiler' option, so that the rest of us can read news in the thread without looking at benchmark times. This makes the competition fare and square.

By the way, you can't adjust anti-roll bars on the Cobra Coupe. Not that I wanted to tweak them, it is just another amusing fact.

Excuse me for putting in, but the Vector W8 wasn't manufactured before 1989 ^^' Thus, wouldn't that make it an ineligible car? But I think you meant 1989 OR before, considering the choice of Skyline too.

I stand corrected! The Ford GT40 Race Car is a beast in skilled hands...took me plenty of laps until I got a clean one. This is the best I could do for now:

Thanks to Karelpipa for challenge. unfortunately time is running out and i have to go with this lap time. I have no idea if my setup is good or not but it can be found from the video description.

setup seems to be very similar. Do you use wheel?
