Gran Turismo 4 Slide Control

I have the Japanese version with the Japanese guide and I cannot read the slide control page, I want to see if someone who knows Japanese can look at the pictures I took of the Slide control page, read it and then give me a breif overview of what the page says, I took the best pictures I could of the small Japanese print, I hope someone can read this and give everyone a brief overview of "slide control" at least the way gt4 guide explains it
