Translator San (a.k.a “He Just Doesn’t Give a Damn”) refers to Japanese-English interpreter Takayuki Nushida who became the subject of an exploitable photoshop meme after translating at an E3 event using a pen and notepad.
Origin
At Sony’s press conference at E3 2009 held on June 2nd, Kazunouri Yamauchi, the CEO of Polyphony Digital gave a presentation for an upcoming Gran Turismo title for PlayStation Portable. Yamauchi was accompanied by an interpreter who opted to read his hand-written translations from a notepad, rather than the conventional real-time translation that is more commonly used during press conferences.
Spread
Nushida’s dillegent note-taking was seen by many viewers as comically out of place and aloof, instantly leading to a lengthy photoshop thread[1] on 4chan’s /v/ (video games). Later that day, a YouTube video of the presentation titled “He Just Doesn’t Give a Damn” was uploaded, receiving over 100,000 views in the first two years. Soon, more photoshopped pictures of the GT5 translator began to surface across sites like NeoGAF[1], Kotaku[2], the IGNboards[3], Game Trailer Forums[4], and the Japanese blog Hatimaki.[5] Between June 9th and June 10th, two YouTube compilation videos showcasing the photoshopped variations from the aforementioned threads were uploaded.

In my case its, "Spends more time looking at the results, than actually driving his stint."
It was with 5% rain on the ground too! That move got me promoted straight from Bronze to Gold.Car control...
Can you link the forum of that race?
It's the GTPlanet Endurance series. All the races are on the GTPlanet Youtube page and most of them are broadcast live with a commentary team...Can you link the forum of that race?
Fun runs? Or the other ones like hardcore Mazda? IROC? VRR??..ETCReally wish I can participate to most of those rooms on Online section.
Otherwise I stuck on GTIC/asia pacific/east asian plus Australian room. There is too much lag when I try to play serious with other than that.
Hope I can join your room, @nascarfan1400 . Soon when I move to America.

The problem is that i'm playing with guys in 'murica, UK...etc while i'm in middle east (yeah I live in middle east, deal with it...) and with my crappy internet connection + PD p2p servers = totally bad idea...
While i'm traveling, I went into couple different hotels and all of them had Internet connection from 15 to 32 mb/s (both down and up) while in my home, I only got around 2 - 4 mb/s...
Nah I use 'Murican PSN because..Well i havent touch any of the online section of this. I ussually play on GTIC community (local comunity). You wont believe how far from here to America.
I mean i got kicked over a FUN drag room for lagging. Its not even a "slideshow" lag. Just a stutter or hillarious random skidding (at 10 ish cars ussually) Okay a lag, but not so bad its horrible.
I thought your psn says youre in America?
