Curious how much the Mercedes will cost. Also the Pro enhancement patch, can't wait to experience this om my Pro console. Was it last year that we got the Spec 2.0 update? Maybe with the Pro patch we can expect a little more content except for the cars? Maybe those DTM races in a tournament? Would be nice

We can try to predict the events coming with these cars:

-Porsche cup or race of turbocars (992 turbo)
-Hypercar parade (Mission X)
-American Clubman 550 (Escort Cosworth)
-Jimny Cup (Jimny XL)

For that historic car not sure if we will finally get any sort of historic/vintage race car event??

I’ll be using that Escort as a touring car instead of a rally machine. Not complaining, but add another 4WD+sport+hatch to the many other 4WD+sport+hatch in the car list.
Funny how I saw the Jimny Heritage model yesterday.

Famine cheating out there knowing very well what those cars actually are in advance
I'd be able to be more specific if so. The Jimny could be the five-door or LCV, Escort Cossie could be base or Lux, and the 992 - as noted in the article - could be the Turbo or Turbo S.

The asymmetrical bulging and that big-ass windscreen fairing with rabbit-ears pins the Monoposto down, and the Mission X is just clearly the Mission X.

Nothing here for me - at least car wise.

5 cars could be indicative of a bigger patch.

Hoping for something more.

Not going to say track…… but track.

Pls.

In that case, can't the 992 be the Cup model, as seen in the movie, or is it out of the picture?

The rear wing doesn't look anywhere near big enough.
I still cant stop wondering how a game like GT makes all Fords "american"..🫠
Up to the licence-holder. See also: German classic Minis.

It's also worth noting what I'd expect the prices and availability to be...

Jimny - Brand Central - ~20,000cr
Escort - Used (like the Sierra) or Legends? - ~200,000cr

992 - Brand Central - ~200,000cr
Mission X - Brand Central - 1,000,000cr
Mercedes - Legend Cars - 20,000,000cr

Something for all types of car lovers:

  • modern consumer 4x4(if you can get one at just above cost, good luck!)
  • classic rally homologated road car
  • classic race car a la Goggles Pisano
  • future Hyper electric car from Porsche
  • Porsche Supercar with four seats that’s, hopefully, not an automatic

Maybe Pro patch at the same time?? 🤪

GT7 is targeting a November release for a new patch that will add several new PS5 Pro-focused rendering modes

GT7 will also include an optional and experimental 8K/60fps rendering mode that emphasizes hyper-crisp, hyper-clean visuals (yes, you have to have an 8K display).

:)

A new 20M LCD car?? Ugh...I was really enjoying being done with the "FOMO grind." Hey Kaz, how bout bumping the payout for the four grind races by a quarter million credits too??? I actually wouldn't put it past PD having the troll-gonads to add another invite car at some point.

Porsche retakes the "most DLC cars" lead.

I'm not expecting it, but I really hope that '50s race car comes with a historic race car set of races.

They have a really good set of older race cars in the roster with nothing other than the one-time Alsace Human Comedy race to use them in.
