Finally got a Coyote engine. Now, which car- Pantera or Mustang?

Thoughts?
I'll second everyone who said Pantera, it's probably the best of the two and it's a really great swap.
I just want to add that the Mustang is also very good, fun and efficient, especially at 700pp.
I don't think you can go wrong with either swap.
I hope you get a second Coyote engine to enjoy both at some point.

Edited because I can't spell...

I have like 14 of the Coyote engine, I have one Pantera and three Mustangs - I've done the swap on two of my Mustangs and they're great fun. I use them in the Classic and American races and they usually do pretty well. I need to get my hands on a second Pantera to do the swap. Sounds like it's the better option!

Can confirm it also fits into the R34.

Nenkai's tweet also confirms this.

I also tried to stuff it into an R32. No luck. What an odd omission.

@XSquareStickIt How amazing is it? I’m so jealous. Do you have any info or Screenshots of the various stats (like acceleration, HP, Torque etc…) after its in the car with upgrades?

@carnjam did yours also go in the R34 or the 33?

Would love to see the same info from anyone with the Pagani swapped into the Supra if anyone has it
@MidnightRun85 Congrats! just saw you got it thats awesome! Also jealous

It is in the UCD right now but it is limited stock. Better hurry.:)

Current set up with some preferred settings (fully customizable manual and RM), currently my fastest car around Tsukuba besides the SF19 by 3 seconds. Picked R33 because I wanted a NISMO GT-R LM/400R look. Top speed 187 mph with this gear ratio.

edit: forgot track name

I'm eagerly anticipating seeing what the swapped Supra and Skylines can do in lobbies. For the Supra, I'm thinking 300+ mph speed demon; for the Skylines - R34 especially, thanks to the aforementioned 6th gear - I'm thinking R35-killing, insane-launch-having, absolute MONSTER. Maybe even the fastest non-Bugatti road car in the game for 1/4 drags.
Being that your management on S part thread now, seeing these makes me wonder if thats why the r34 has not seen S parts, even though its a brand central vehicle. They planned to swap it!

Also surprised not to see r34/rb26 as a swap. Its just as popular as the 2j/LS/13b etc.

I haven't fitted my R92CP engine into anything yet. I only have one of it and I'd like to keep it around to test if updates allow more cars to take it.

Maybe that's the case. Still kinda weirds me out that the base 2JZ and RB26 literally have options for Ultra-High Turbos that are genuinely impossible to earn.

And yeah, where are the RB26 swaps at? God knows I'd love to cram 700+ HP into a Hakosuka or Kenmeri. Maybe even the two 240Zs as well - like a homemade Fugu Z!

Can someone get this man a job at Polyphony Digital please?

RB swapped Hakosuka has to happen. Mind boggling that there are no RB26 engine swaps considering how much PD favors Nissan. You know if they release the RB it will go into a Silvia though..

Knowing PD, the moment we get those swaps, they would go into cars "overseas".

Imagine an RB26 going into the Sierra Cosworth, or the 2JZ going into an M3.
To be fair, we've already got a few 2JZ swaps, and all of them have been for other Japanese cars. But yeah, I can see PD doing something really dumb with the first RB swap.

Speaking of the Sierra, that would be a prime candidate for the GT LM engine. I wonder why that hasn't happened yet.
