For every update released, there is the potential for changes not listed in the initial patch notes. Please report any undocumented changes you find in the current update and I'll update the OP as much as possible to reflect those changes found.

1. It is encouraged that you make an effort in verifying these changes as much as possible, either through videos or images.
2. If you need help from the community to verify something, don't be afraid to ask.
3. It is strongly advised that you be as specific and detailed as possible with the information including a brief description of the bug or improvement before it was fixed/changed (if applicable) and how. If English is not your first language that's ok, just do it to the best of your ability.

THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD ABOUT THE OFFICIAL CHANGES Only any changes not listed on the official site are discussed here
THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD ABOUT THE PROS AND CONS OF THE UPDATE or anything else other than undocumented changes in the update. Keep those strictly to the appropriate threads:

Other Improvements and Adjustments

1. Physics Simulation Model
 - The behavioral models for the suspensions and the steering have been adjusted:
・The calculation of suspension geometry has been improved, resulting in more natural cornering physics and acceleration/deceleration stability levels.
・The calculation of steering geometry has been improved, resulting in more accurate simulation of steering forces.
・Damper attenuation behavior was adjusted, resulting in more natural physics on road bumps and curbs.

 - The tire physics simulation model has been enhanced by:
・Turning stability on low speed corners and curbing has been improved.
・Surface resistance (rolling resistance) has been optimized.
・Heat and wear behavior were adjusted on racing tires.
・Grip reduction on the racing line in wet conditions, and hydroplaning physics were adjusted.

 - Default settings have been improved.
・Initial suspension and aerodynamics settings have been changed on all race cars and certain road cars.

 - Performance Points (PP) for all featured cars have been updated.

 - The wireless controller steering algorithm was updated.
・The steering algorithm when using the analogue sticks and the directional pad were enhanced, resulting in better handling.

 - Controller behavior for steering wheels have been updated.
・The force feedback algorithm has been adjusted, allowing devices to use their full torque range.
・The steering geometry calculation have improved, resulting in better force feedback feeling.

 - The effects of the following driving assists have been improved.
  ・The Traction Control (TCS) assist intervention has been optimized;
・Corner braking control for ABS (anti-lock brakes) has been optimized.

2. Controllers
 - We addressed an issue in which force feedback vibration on the Logitech® G923 was too sensitive.
 - The strength of the vibration effect on the Logitech® PRO Racing Wheel has been adjusted.
- The performance stability for all Fanatec® steering controllers has improved.
 - The LEDs of the four sticks on the Fanatec® GT DD Extreme will now light up in the color of the corresponding MFD.
 - We also adjusted the Tuning Menu Auto Setup parameters for the Fanatec® GT DD Pro/Extreme, and Podium.

Selecting "Auto Setup" (AS or A SET) from the Tuning Menu on the wheel will load the optimal parameters for playing Gran Turismo. A firmware update may be required in order to enable the Auto Setup function on your device. In Podium mode, Auto Setup is intended for use in Low Torque mode. The use of High Torque mode will require manual adjustments.

Alright, new update with New physics...new problems? Anyhow, you know the drill. Just remember to keep some things in the following threads of the OP:

And now you may post.

Not sure if it counts in here, but handbrake is now allowed in the time trials. I remember they removed it as it made everything artificially faster. Not tried daily races to confirm if they're now allowed in there as well

Can anyone confirm if this is also the case with H shifters? I can't test without PS Plus and the time trial cars are semi-automatic (even the Impreza which is obviously a bug)

My T-GT2 wheel came to "LIFE" with this update. Much crisper feedback on the same setting as before the update. Most notable on the long straight of Nurburgring N.All the detail in the middle of the road pulls a little bit as various bumps are encountered. Curbs are very realistic. Nice....

Manual transmission behavior was updated. When you shift up, the driver now presses the gas pedal after the clutch is completely engaged.

I thought I was hallucinating when I was driving some of the road cars with stock transmission. They all sounded different when shifting up gears

One effect of the new PP calculation is that the Daytona grind with the Abarth is no longer possible. The game doesn't allow you to start a race with the Abarth against the Tomahawks.
This isn't because either the Abarth or the Tomahawk has (or now has) a ! (undefined) PP rating, is it?
The Kombi also gets launched from the turntable

I am almost choking from laughter at this one.
