It's the tyres as fitted to the car, if you select the 205 in your garage and flick through the scenes you get a close up of the wheel. Most cars have Michelin branded sidewalls, but the 205 and Civic have older style sidewall detailing that just says 'comfort' 'sport' instead of 'Michelin Pilot Sport 5' etc
I guess that's because of their tire profile.
Seems like the Michelin tire graphic may not be supported on high profile tires.
Here's a special case, but I remember that the Jimny's comfort tires are Michelin's, but its sports tires are generic ones.
The Dashboard clock in the Honda NSX '02 finally works.
It used to always show the same time 21:51.
Today to my surprise the clock came to life. 👍💪
I've just looked up several video clips, but I couldn't find anything with such a problem.

Okay I understand, but just seems to be an oddity rather than an undocumented change. Certainly not evidence of "Michelin tyres were removed" which isn't the case.

Mercedes AMG A45 has become FWD since Update 1.55 - meaning that all power goes to Front Wheels in standard trim. Pretty much undriveable.
It still says 4WD, and this can be sorted out by buying central Diff to manually split power, but stock is like 100% Front. Similar bug to Audi TT 1.8T in GT4-GT6, if anyone remembers :)

Perhaps there's hope for the '63 Corvette Stingray; I'll have to check when I get home . . . unless someone else already has checked.

Do you mean at Blue Moon Bay? I still have the same Fly America planes at SSRX.
For me also still Fly America everywhere.

Funny thing now that it's mentioned, I am on PS4 and I do not see any jetliners flying at either SSSX or BlueMoon Bay, used to in early versions of GT7....
Oh, didn't know they removed those for PS4😕
What about the parked ones and the billboards at SSRX? Fly America or Blue Moon?

I raced Route X on PS4 last week after the update, and saw Blue Moon Bay on the parked planes.

Maybe they're different each time you race, like the changing billboards on GT2?

I have Blue Moon Bay now on PS4 as well.

Other thing, not sure whether it has been mentioned already: The roulet rewards and ticket class seem to change with every udpate. With the previous update, I suddenly won much more cars or large credit amounts than before, but since this latest update I haven't got any other than three star ticket yet, and all of them gave only the minimum of 5.000 credits.

I can't say that any updates affect ticket prizes .
In fact ,is the only thing in the game that doesn't change at all.
They are just periods with up and down .
The same happens with the content rewards that you get .

Que sera sera, whatever shall be shall be....

Understood, thanks. I could start now arguing with things like String theory and Quantum computing affecting the ticket prices, but I think it'll leave it with this just being coincidence... :P

As a coincidence was that one time i got 4 days in a row with 6* tickets ( clean , no parts engine etc ) or 5 days in a row 3* ones .

I really don't think that they even bother to change something in that story of tickets and invitations.
It's like a wheel that moving and some days are up some down.

I have pictures ( except 2 difficult weeks for me ) for every ticket i got since i decided to open them every Sunday ( more than a year ) .
Nothing really changed ,the odds are the same and sometimes rewards surprise you with a good or bad way .
It's just that you surprised more when things go well which isn't usual 😂 .

Is it just me or is the traction control settings more aggressive than before. I remember it really being restrictive prior to v1.31 then they did the physics change that made TC1 and 2 quite a bit less restrictive but still effective. It had been like that for all this time but something about this v1.56 update has really dialed up the TC settings and really hampered your acceleration out of turns.

I don’t think PD understands that TC in the real world actually makes lap times faster, not slower. Just ask Benetton:
